Fayhee takes the next step to Carl Sandburg. Adding that next facet to his game, getting a little better and taking that next step as a player has marked the high school career of Macomb basketball player Carter Fayhee. On Wednesday, Fayhee took the next step in his basketball career, signing his letter of intent with Carl Sandburg College in Galesburg. Macomb Police Department promotes three offficers.
